Adding undiluted or under-diluted syrup to your machine can cause over freezing and/or ice to form on the outside of your tanks.
Your machine will constantly be freezing even in night mode, as it is trying to get the product down to temperature. This is due to the sugar levels of an incorrectly diluted or under-diluted syrup causing the product not to be able to freeze.
Adjusting the consistency control at the rear or switches will not do anything to rectify this issue.
If you have ice on the outside of your tanks and/or your slush is over freezing, you can download our guide here.
